STEP #1

Roger will initiate a Conference Call with you and Bank of America to initiate the process, and better understand ALL of the Foreclosure Alternatives currently available to you.

STEP #2

CLICK on the logo on the LEFT and Print it out, Sign it and FAX it to us at 760-482-1293 or Scan it and Email it to us at BowersRealty@Gmail.Com

 

We will then FAX this to your lender, and then we'll be able to proceed to STEP 3 -- providing Bank of America the first few initial documents proving a financial hardship, etc.

STEP #3

CLICK on the logo on the LEFT and PRINT it out, FILL it out (Don't hesitate to call Roger to have him personally assist you in filling out these forms accurately), Sign it and FAX it to us at 760-482-1293 or Scan it and Email it to us at BowersRealty@Gmail.Com

STEP #4

CLICK on the SELLER DISCLOSURES Logo on the LEFT, PRINT them out, FILL them in, Sign in the appropriate places, and FAX to us at (760) 482-1293 or SCAN and EMAIL to us at BowersRealty@Gmail.Com

STEP #5

CLICK on the Fannie Mae Logo on the LEFT and fill in the information from the Fannie Mae website to determine if your loan is Owned by Fannie Mae.


IF YES -- you will want to proceed to click on the FANNIE / FREDDIE 710 DISCLOSURE at Bottom.

 

IF NO -- you will need to verify if your loan is held by Freddie Mac (link below).

STEP #6

CLICK on the Freddie Mac Logo on the LEFT and fill in the information from the Freddie Mac website to determine if your loan is Owned by Freddie Mac.


IF YES -- you will want to proceed to click on the FANNIE / FREDDIE 710 DISCLOSURE at Bottom.

 

IF NO -- you will need to proceed to click on the MAKING HOME AFFORDABLE HAFA DISCLOSURES at Bottom.

STEP #7
Based on whether your loan is a Fannie or Freddie (Click Below LEFT) or HAFA (Click Below RIGHT) select the Seller Disclosures to PRINT, Fill Out (again, don't hesitate to call Roger directly to assist you in filling out forms) and FAX them to (760) 482-1293 or SCAN and EMAIL them to BowersRealty@Gmail.Com

you will need to PRINT the following form,
FILL it out, PRINT it, and then SIGN it,
and include it with your other
Disclosures to send back to us.
STEP #8

Bank of America APPRAISAL is completed (coordinated with Roger).

STEP #9

Complete Real Estate marketing package and coordinate showings for offer(s) to submit with above short sale package to Bank of America's Short Sale Department.
